We’re looking for a Japanese-Speaking Account Manager to work with the Project Management Officer in taking care of our existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Japanese clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
- Work with the sales team to acquire new clients and expand the company’s client base in the Japanese market.
- Prepare regular reports on account status and performance for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and project details.
- Provide feedback to the management team on potential improvements and new service offerings.
